- Love my new mattress, I do wish it was a little firmer, but it has helped my back pain. I did away w/my box springs & laid this mattress over my other mattress so I would'nt need a ladder to climb up on my bed. The FED-X lady brought it to me in a big box. The mattress had been wrapped up tight & packaged into this box. I was a little concerned about that, but once out of the wrapping, it sprung into shape. The box was very heavy & being a small woman & the FED X lady being a tiny woman, we had to pull it out of the truck & leave it on the drive until my husband could man handle it. So if your a woman, you will need help putting in on the bed, it's very heavy.
