- The bed inner seal broke. This cause bed to inflate with a buldge. Is similer to having a high pillow at the end of the bed. Uncomfortable to sleep on. It took a few days to a get a response from the company. They did send me a new one with no issues. I was impressed by the great customer service from Jessica. She even check up on my return over the weekend. Seems like they were there available 27/7.Very satisfied consumer!!! if need another airbed, i know where to check first.Thank you.

Others helped her put the queen-sized fitted bottom sheet on the bed. The rest she did on her own. If we were able to have one use of this fantastic product it would have been well worth the cost. Just think of the inconvenience had she opted for a motel room.
